The waitstaff was friendly, but didn’t particularly seem to understand gluten free. The chips likely are not cooked in a separate fryer (I asked, waiter checked, and seemed to indicate probably not). We were able to get tacos in corn tacos shells that are likely fine - not reaction yet. I probably would not come back. Food was fine, nothing special, and low confidence in safety.
