This restaurant is at the top of the Banff Gondola. We got tickets for the gondola+lunch at Sky Bistro (a great deal in my opinion). The ticket combo included an appetizer, entree, and soft drinks (alcohol was extra).

Not tons of options but the options were clearly marked on the menu and what I had was delicious! Two gluten free appetizer options were a great house salad or sweet potato bisque (both AMAZING). Then for lunch the only listed option was the Arctic Char (also amazing!) but it looked like some of the other dishes could potentially be modified
