I have previously eaten at multiple Slab pizza locations without issues. However my latest visit ended my ability to eat here in the future. Ignored my written and verbal request to change their gloves, and then after the pizza was cooked, sliced it with the same slicer as the normal pizzas and scooped it up with the same spatulas. Not a safe place to eat for Celiac folks. Such a bummer. They used to be better.

Really tasty gf pizza and lots of options. They have separate gf crusts that are made at separate times from the regular crust and they have a separate area for preparing the gf pizzas. I believe they are cooked in the same oven and share the same toppings containers, although I’ve only gotten sick to my stomach from cc once after eating here. I usually try to go when they aren’t busy and i haven’t ever gotten sick that way.

They offer gluten free pizza for $3 more. It’s a little sketchy to get gf pizza from a pizza joint but I feel like they do a pretty decent job at keeping things separate. I’m pretty sensitive and get mostly sick probably 1 in 3 times I come here.
