The menu on their website identifies certain items as being gluten-free. The woman behind the counter said that all the meats and all their sauces are gluten-free, along with some of their sides. The printed menu has no gluten-free markings. I decided to trust the woman, and I ordered a two meat / two side combo and had no gluten issues.
