Slate Restaurant

Stayed at the Marriott on business. Meals were pretty good. All wait staff were all VERY knowledgeable and had a copy of their menu outlining naturally GF, can be prepared GF, and “GF but contaminated by shared oil”. Service was kinda slow and meal was a but pricey but kinda typical when eating at hotel restaurants.

I have never been disappointed coming to Slate. They are aware of Celiac Disease and take precautions. Their service and food are far above the expected - so friendly and so delicious! Locally sourced and seasonal whenever possible.
