They offer GF items for the free breakfast that included during our stay: Van's waffles, muffins, toaster pastries, and 2 kinds of bread. These were along with yogurt, fruit cups, hard boiled eggs, and whole fruit in regular offerings. They have a special designated GF toaster kept in its box in the kitchen (not accessible to guests - you have to ask and they use it for you (so no accidental use by those not understanding what it is)).
