Being new the the area I tried this place. Food is okay. I have had better gluten free pancakes elsewhere or that I can make at home. The gluten free toast is small for what they charge a piece. The Mimosa tasted cheap for the $24 pitcher fee. Stick to the plain juice. Everyone needs to make money but this is ridiculous. The manager didn't know how to manage seating people and the wait was extended longer than necessary. They tell you 20 minutes and it's been an hour... You don't sit 2 people at a 6 people table....

I had the blueberry bee cakes and a fruit cup. Everything was delicious, the menu is very clearly marked and I didn't get sick! We are going back for breakfast again today.
Excellent GF Bee cakes! My whole family loves them.
My favorite breakfast spot, buckwheat pancakes are better than traditional. All food is very high quality and well prepared. Go already.
All GF food was gobbled up! Eat here often. None of us got sick and we left with happy bellies!
Very creative menu options. Warm quinoa was especially tasty.

Very knowledgeable about food allergies. They don't have a dedicated gf menu but the servers are well educated. I've eaten here many times and never get sick. The only thing that I'm cautious about here is their baked gluten free muffins. I don't like the way they store them in the same case and in close proximity to the gluten full baked goods. I've ordered their gf pancakes, salads and side dishes (bacon, potatoes, etc) many times.

We’ve eaten at sleepy bee at least 3 times and had the gf shaped bee cakes and bacon with no issue. Today that was not case. Full on gluten reaction to the bee cakes.

The menu is marked with gluten free items; however you need to pay close attention because oatmeal and granola is marked gluten free but it has an asterisks by it with a teeny tiny note at the bottom that the oats are not certified gluten free. The omelette was good and really stuffed full of the filling. Gluten free toast is good as well. They have plane as well as specialty (ex bacon and pecan or cinnamon apple w real whip cream)gluten free pancakes. The pancakes are the size of dinner plates and fluffy, though they are whole grain so there is a bit of an earthy flavor to them. Service was a bit slow but it was pretty busy when we were there. The waitress said that since I have a gluten “allergy” they would prepare mine in a section of the kitchen they keep strictly gluten free. There’s also a lot of local sources and “clean” food (ex real cream not coffee mate or home made strawberry jam).
