I’m not celiac but this is a great restaurant with GF options listen clearly on their menu. There is one broth that’s GF called Kombu, and they have a GF ponzu sauce. I recommend you order the 8 oz ribeye with Kombu sauce, glass noodles and a rice of your choice. You can use the ponzu to season the soup and it’s also used for dipping sauce for your meats. Use lots of garlic and scallions for the soup too. Hits the spot when there aren’t many options for this type of meal!
