We asked the hostess concerning gluten free items. she was nice about and said they have pretty much nothing gluten free. The only thing they have gluten free is a pizza crust. which was pretty darn good for a pizza associated with a Waterpark in my opinion. It's a thin crust style pizza.

everything else is fried in a shared frier.
