Staff was unsure if the fries would be fried in a dedicated fryer or a shared one. The manager informed me that the fries contained gluten. But their website indicates otherwise. So I did not dine there!

Really really good food! I got the grilled tenders and cole slaw, and I told the cashier I had a gluten allergy so she marked it for the cooks.

I went in and asked the girl to please note that it was a gluten allergy. She looked at me like I had two heads. I asked her if she could get someone to help her. She proceeded to go around the counter where another employee was coming from bathroom area. I thought that’s who she was getting to help. Instead she began to play around with him. When she came back to counter she asked if she could help me and it was like we hadn’t literally had a conversation less than 2 min ago. I repeated my request for her to note it as a gluten allergy and she said, “Um we don’t have that.” I said never mind and walked out. I was very disappointed in this experience. It was my first time there and will be my last. I do not recommend this restaurant.

The person at the counter was clueless about celiac but she went back to ask the manger about everything. Sadly, they don’t fry the French fries separately but they have grilled chicken and chips which are delicious
The gentleman in the window made sure whether the wraps had gluten...which they did. I ordered grilled strips and he even made sure to come to the window to make sure what my bf ordered was not for me because it wasnt gluten free. He also took time to make me feel like I was a nuisance and he gave me an allergy handout for future reference. Even though they did not have many options I will be back! plus the grilled tenders are good and I have always been a southern fried type of eater.
I visited the location at 4265 Austin Bluffs, in Colorado Springs, CO, on 2/24/24. Manager reported that they do *not* have a dedicated fryer for their fries. I had some grilled tenders, which was pretty much the only GF thing I saw on the menu. I didn’t feel confident, so I took a Benadryl, and can’t speak to my cross-contamination experience.

I went online to look at their allergen ingredients, and was able to get their honey BBQ bone-in wings with fries and didn’t get sick!! It was sooo good, I wish I had one closer to me.

This place was awesome! I called ahead of time to check on GF options and was told their grilled chicken strips and fries were both GF. I asked about cross contamination on fries and was told they use a separate fryer for fries. When I got there to order order I confirmed again about the fryer and was assured it was separate. The cashier made sure to tell the kitchen that the bread that comes with it needed a separate box due to an allergy. They truly seemed to care and the foodwas fantastic! I would100% go again.

Slim Chicken’s has turned into a staple in my life lately because of their grilled tenders! I also am able to eat their fries! I have not yet had a bad experience, and am really thankful for this option! Chick-Fil-A tends to make me sick even with letting them know of my Gluten Allergy.
This is a great option if someone is wanting a Drive Thru/ Easy option for lunch or dinner! :)
The ranch also is amazing, and I have had no reaction to it.

Has a allergy menu. I don’t know about how GF it is past this. They can grill chicken.
