I called ahead of my trip to the area based on a previous review and they told me they bake gluten free cinnamon rolls only on Fridays. I was able to order a 6 pack and they held them for pickup on Friday at noon. Hands down the best gluten free cinnamon roll I have ever found for purchase. Nice and fluffy, not dense like most other places. I also ordered a couple of their monster cookies which were also really good. Wish I lived closer so I could get these more often. They also told me when I called that they clean everything down before they do their gluten free baking on Fridays. I had no gluten reaction.

Homemade GF white bread and cinnamon bread. Cinnamon rolls available if you order ahead a few days. Great GF breakfast and lunch options. Very knowledgeable.
