Short version: very good service and kind staff with great protocols! Lovely coffee made with quality beans, so I definitely recommend

Long version:

Went in with a friend after vetting the menu and reading up on protocols. I wasn't very hungry, but I *was* interested in trying their some of their baked goods and their hot chocolate, since it had miso and sounded delicious. When we arrived they were out of baked goods (which made sense because it was late in the day), so I decided to just get a drink.

We couldn't determine if the miso was GF at the time (although I did get confirmation that they use Namikura organic miso and it does not contain any gluten), and they use Minor Figures Oat Milk --which is currently not safe for Celiac-- so I opted to get the vanilla latte. The staff were extremely kind and willing to answer all my questions, so I really appreciated the quality of customer service.

Now, I'm not normally a coffee person, but their coffee beans are VERY good quality. If you like very good quality coffee beans, definitely check out Slipstream! I'm excited to go back and try some of their other menu items, including the Hot Chocolate!
