Staff had good knowledge regarding what was GF. Everything smoked, sauces, and most sides were GF.

I’ve eaten here several times without issue. The basic meats, non-spicy sauces, and the sides you wouldn’t expect to have gluten work just fine. The food is delicious.Only the manager seemed to be in the know on the gluten safe opinions in the early days.Admittedly, after years of eating gluten free, I am not prone to extreme initial reactions to exposure anymore.
