Slow Hand BBQ

Great food, very conscientious staff who were pleasant and provided lots of information as soon as we mentioned we have an allergy. Right off the bat they asked if it was allergy or preference, and were happy to guide us through our options.

They have a dedicated fryer for the French fries and the sweet potato tots (which were AMAZING!), and also informed us that they let the whole kitchen staff know to change gloves before your order.

The cashier even told us that although their beer lines for draught are cleaned often, that they can't guarantee that the cider line was safe and offered me canned options. Also took the initiative of bringing me sauces that were already in to-go containers to avoid cross contamination due to other folks using the sauces that were out on the table. So knowledgeable and helpful!

The food was great, we had ribs, brisket, coleslaw, sweet potato tots, and a loaded baked potato and enjoyed it on their cute patio.
