Review of Slow Pokes Brisket Shack

Brisket and sausage are both GF and safe for Celiac folks. They switched gloves without being asked. The downside is that the sides are GF, but not safe for celiacs due to cross contamination risk with some spices. Of course, the bread is a no go. The pickles are fine. The brisket is seriously tasty, and worth bringing your own sides to enjoy.
