The sweet sauce is not gluten free! Felt safe eating here.
Got the big three combo with baked beans and cole slaw. All of the food was delicious and I didn’t have a reaction. The menu was well labeled. My only complaint is that you have to order online and there is no comment section to put that you have a food allergy.
I asked about all 5 sauces and was told all were gluten free. I tried the apple and the sweet and enjoyed both with brisket and pulled pork. Menu is clearly marked with what is gluten free. I had the green beans and waffle fries as sides and did not have any reaction. Definitely feel like this is safe

The menu is well labeled, but the clerk said that, while the fryer is meant to be dedicated to waffle fries only, the cooks often put other things in there. She steered me away from anything that goes in the fryer when I explained Celiac.
Well-labeled menu. Excellent pit-moked beans. There's one sauce that is not GF, so make sure to ask.
Had a great meal and no reaction. (I’m super sensitive.) The menu has a lot of gluten free options. I would return for sure.
