Waffle sandwich cart. Food was okay, had gluten free waffles, cleaned the irons between orders

Not gluten free... They use the same waffle irons for gluten and non gluten waffles. This isn't just cross contamination, it is not gluten free.

Huge menu, all can be made GF. Super unique and always good. They seem aware but some equipment is shared. No reactions from our celiac but she's not the most sensitive.
Amazing food. They however use the same waffle irons for all mix so the waffles are not safe to eat.

Scrumptious Dutch waffles! You can have them “your way” ... full gluten, no gluten, or even vegan. Get your gooey-buttery-syrupy whipped-creamy dessert-type waffle or a delicious savory *sandwich* with gluten-free waffles as the bread. I’ve been strickly gluten-free for over 15 years and can’t remember the last time I had a good homemade waffle. Took my first bite of the “Baconator” waffle sandwich, and it was so yummy I just about cried. It tasted like home, and I was a kid again! Note - this is a new location at the bg food cartel (new food carts in downtown Beaverton )
