Very good breakfast options. Fast and casual but delicious. The whole menu is gluten free except for 1 lunch meal.

Love this place. I had the Chicken Penang while in Vancouver for business. Very delicious and filling.
They are very knowledgeable about Celiac and happy to answer questions - they know the difference between celiac safe and just gluten free. They have a labeling system for dairy free, celiac warning, etc so it's easy to see at glance what you can have.
They have an open cooler of grab and go food and snacks as well as hot food.
Go, your body will thank you. Healthy, yummy and safe!

This place is NOT 100% gluten free as they use products that may contain gluten/wheat and have celiac warnings
Was disappointed as this came up when I typed in kids in to search. I did not find anything my children would eat other than a muffin, which was good. Hence the 2 stars.
Had a “meaty breky bowl” which was very good. Server reassured me all food was gf and there was a terrific range - the complete menu being gf.

A few gluten free options, mainly salads
Ate here several times while attending a conference. All meals were great. Convenient to have a meal and get another to go forlunch/dinner the next day.

This place is NOT 100% gluten like they claim. They use nuts that have a may contain wheat warning (Dan d pak) which are not safe for celiacs (nuts are a high risk for cross contamination so they should be certified gluten free). They also use spices imported from India which they cannot guarantee is gluten free. With all of this in mind they should NOT be labeling this restaurant as 100% gluten free (they have celiac warnings which is not allowed).
Love this place so much! Staff are so friendly. Food is delicious, especially breakfast, the baked goods and the green curry! I wish they would get rid of the non celiac friendly options or change the spices so we can eat them too. Some of the GF rice bowls are a bit repetitive so making other bowls fully safe would help so much with variety.

The breakfast menu is excellent, really wish they would switch up the lunch menu and get rid of the non-celiac safe food. They carry Lemonade Bakery baked goods.

My first time visiting, and I Loved it! 100% gluten free restaurant. Staff were so friendly and helpful- they recommended the green curry and to add avocado! What a treat... massive portion, so hot and fresh, and absolutely delicious! Was busy during a weekday lunch hour- but the line moved very fast, my order took maybe 5 minutes, and I happily sat at a table & read my book while eating. Five stars for sure- and will be back to try more! (Oh and great job being environmentally friendly, with almost everything being compostable or recyclable!)

Honestly didn’t think I’d like this place once I saw the menu. Lots of different foods I wouldn’t normally eat mixed together but their Turkey hot meal bowl (think it’s a special) is super good! As someone else mentioned it’s 100% gf with the exception of like 2 items due to them not being able to verify a few spices. Breakfast, lunch, dinner. Doesn’t get much better than this!

Everything is 100% gluten free and they specify if there’s a chance for coeliac contamination. Good for snacks and drinks and quick lunches.

One of the very few places I trust downtown. The food is also delicious and not overly expensive.

Amazing. Everything is completely gluten free. Their breakfasts and bowls are delicious. They have a selection of baked goods, gourmet hot and cold beverages, salads, breakfasts, smoothies and hot bowls. The staff are very friendly- so nice that when I dropped my breakfast on the floor, they kindly replaced it for me.
