I avoid both gluten and dairy. There were a few items marked gf on the menu and the waitress was very knowledgeable and willing to make enquiries with the chef. I had chicken and it was juicy and flavorful. They said they couldn’t guarantee no cross contamination but I was ok with that. If you are super sensitive probably not worth the risk.
