My son has celiac and we were pleased with their GF assortment of treats- slices of cake (both confetti and chocolate), cookie sandwiches, cookie dough, and brownies. My son was very excited to find something he could have and it was delicious!
Their GF selections included huge slices of chocolate/chocolate or coconut/vanilla cake, chocolate chip cookie dough in a cup, cookies, cookie sandwiches and brownies. They make variety GF Cupcakes on Fridays & Saturdays that you can choose from. They also take special orders for GF Cakes & cupcakes too. You can also request dairy free if needed. Probably one of the best varieties I’ve seen in a very long time!

GF selections included huge slices of chocolate/chocolate or coconut/vanilla cake, choc chip cookie dough, cookies, cookie sandwiches and brownies. I think I saw a gf/df selection as well. I had the coconut/vanilla cake, snickerdoodle cookie sandwich and choc chip cookie dough. Cake was so delicious and moist. Snickerdoodle cookie sandwich was also good. Cookie dough was a lot softer than I like, had kind of a whipped texture. Overall, well worth driving over from Navarre!
They have gf treats every day, but Fridays and Saturdays they offer a variety of full size GF and DF cupcakes that are delicious and soft! They’re huge. We got strawberry and Cookies & Cream and loved them. There were several other flavor options. The owner said she tries to make her gf options dairy free as well, which was nice for my son who also is df. Other days of the week they will have cookies, cookie sandwiches (like whoopie pies with cookies), large slices of chocolate or vanilla cake in the fridge, etc. They also have some sort of ice cream and pre-packaged rice crispy treats. So far this has been my favorite gf treat bakery in Pensacola! I’m shocked it wasn’t listed in here already!!!
