Don't eat here! My husband brought me home a gf cupcake and I questioned the topping because the candy looked like it was gluten candy. After calling and getting no response, I took my cupcake back and sure enough, it was a gluten candy on top. They apologized, but I would never trust them again.
Celiacs eat here at your own risk. The corporate website doesn't even claim a gluten-free label. I emailed corporate and asked if it was safe enough for celiacs and their response, " We would suggest not eating a cupcake. Depending on how bad your condition is we always say just stay away just in case!"
Amazing GF.cupcakes and even had a GF oreo topping. Really good cupcakes!
They opened at 10 and I stopped in at 1140 and she said they didn't make any today. .bummed
Best gluten free cupcake I have ever eaten. Friends can't tell the difference between regular and gluten free.
The Lake Mary SmallCakes offers Gluten Free cupcakes every Saturday morning. They clean their equipment before making the gluten free product but it is not a gluten free facility. I tried a cupcake without any issue. It was very good. They do freeze the leftovers for sale during the week as well.
They have gluten free cupcakes (vanilla or chocolate) on Fridays and can pick from most of the frostings!! My daughter is newly celiac and she loved it! The texture and taste were great!
So amazing!! I have eaten cupcakes and ordered custom cakes here for years without any problems! They are so careful and even took my recommendation to avoid cross contamination/contact to heart and have cupcakes in their own containers in the fridge. They have gluten free options every day.
I love smallcakes!! I was lucky enough to happen to move close to them and I found them by driving by one day. They are great about gf (I'm only intolerant but my dad is a celiac and had no problem!) they keep the gf cupcakes individually packaged in a separate case and they are so so delicious. They feel well worth the price, they're moist and the frosting is really sweet but the ganache is just right!
