Eating with Celiac Disease/Gluten Free in Medellin was proving to be an issue. After getting very sick on our second day of a 5 day trip, I was pretty sure I would be barely eating. That is until we came across Smash, and Lorenzo was so helpful and very knowledgeable about Celiac Disease. He provided us with Nutritious and safe meals for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner everyday. Lorenzo was very accommodating and allowed my husband to communicate with him via what's app,before we placed our orders on RAPPI, so that he could personally make sure my food was safe. Lorenzo and the staff at Smash really saved our trip and I am so thankful!

Smash is a smoothie and coffee breakfast spot at the bottom of Landmark Hotel. They label all the gluten free items on the menu. I ordered the welcome to Colombia smoothie as well as the avocado iced coffee (blended coffee). Both were amazing!
