Review of Smashburger

UPDATE: stomach upset later. I wouldn't try this location again

Cashier wasn't really sure about GF answers when I asked, but someone came out of the kitchen and answered my questions. The bun was fluffy and big, not sure if it was Udi's. I confirmed it was GF again when it came out. I asked for avocado on the burger, but scraped it off because it was all brown. My partner added "haystack onions" (not GF) that were delicious, but only a few wisps were put on the burger.

The meat itself was delicious, patties thin. I should have just ordered 2 patties on the GF bun.

Fryer used for everything, not safe.
