The online allergen guide is confusing as all the burgers say that they contain gluten as they include a regular gluten bun as part of the ingredients. The staff assured me that some of the burger patties were gluten free. They listed ingredients for one burger patty and did not mention anything containing gluten and I naively assumed it was safe and unfortunately was glutened. The staff do not have a good understanding of allergens and the online allergen guide is unclear, I would avoid.

— Poor

I love smashburger and have always had good experiences asking for gluten free and them ensuring they are doing the chips in a separate fryer. However on my last visit I was asked if my gluten allergy was mild or severe when asking for accommodations ???? Which was a bit worrying. However they do generally prepare my food well and safely. Wish the app to order from the table would allow you to mark as gluten free.
