Love Smashburger , have never been sick after eating there, I am Celiac!

Recently visited and was told fries were no longer gf, sad!

I called in an order to go, when I ordered fries (they're shown as gf on the site) the woman was clueless if they were gf. I spent 15 min waiting while they first checked the bag, then called the owner (they're not gf anymore). My husbands burger comes with fried onion rings on it, I specifically stated no onion rings and reiterated this was a gf order that needed to avoid cross contamination, when my husband got home with our orders his burger had onion rings all over.

I am celiac and have eaten here several times, I always tell them severe gluten allergy and ask them to prevent cross contamination. I haven't gotten sick after eating here..the fries are fried separately and are gluten free. the Udis buns are good, I avoid the smash sauce or anything out of the ordinary since they aren't sure. will go back again.

Smashburger carries Udi's gluten free buns so they are able to make any hamburger on a gluten free bun. The regular fries are also in a fryer by themselves so they are safe to eat. I have Celiac Disease and did not get sick afterwards. Highly recommend Smashburger!

They have udi's buns! The smash fries are awesome. I didn't get sick eating here.

There is NO dedicated fryer. They have gluten free buns. It was toasted, and I don’t know if that was done safely. I’ll find out soon. The worker changed gloves to make my burger.

Very accommodating, they use a separate frier for celiac. Pretty much everything can be substituted to be gluten free and they put everything in a separate bag from the rest of the order if required.

Great burgers! They have gluten free undis bun the fries and tots are gf. Dedicated fried! The person taking our order was very knowledgeable!

Had an amazing chicken sandwich instead of hamburger on a gluten free bun and had tator tots from the dedicated fryer for fries. The staff was amazing and made sure to toast my bum on a clean grill instead of in the shared toaster!
