Review of Smashburger

I returned to the restaurant to iffy results, was told previously that there is a dedicated fryer but another employee made me feel like it wasn't truely dedicated. They serve gf rolls but lacks any sort of understanding on how to make gf food. I requested them to place my food into a separate bag away from the rest of the order that was for a person who ordered gluten. The cookstaff combined our food together and for whatever reason seemed to over stuff the single bag. We bought this up through a complaint line and simply received a answer from the district manager consisted of, I have no words to explain why it happened and here's coupons to come back. I would think twice before going here..... My previous review is below

Was met by somewhat knowledgeable staff member who was willing to answer my questions. Willing to take majority of the steps to be gluten free. Has a dedicated fryer but was not available that night. I didn't order that evening but will return and update review when able to eat.
