Review of Smashburger

Four Celiacs in our party went to Moore Smashburger last night. So great to have the GF bun option! No bread is placed on grill per mgr! Separate fryer for fries. Such a treat! Mgr changed out fryer grease so we could all have French fries that were for certain not cross contaminated. He suggested to call ahead so they could swap out fryer grease without causing us to wait next time. Highly recommend!
