Review of Smashburger

I've been to this location a few times and remember the staff mentioning that they were toasting GF buns on the grill, so I specifically asked them not to do that. Not celiac, but highly sensitive to gluten. Had a turkey burger with sweet potato fries and water for lunch, and within an hour afterward felt dizzy and had a terrible headache. Also had to take a long nap, which is my "tell" when I've been exposed. Giving it a miss from now on, which is sad, because I really like the food here.
