Review of Smashburger

At this point it is too early to tell (stomach wise), but there appear to be options here. They do offer Udis buns but do not that they toast them. You can tell them you don't want them toasted if you are celiac. I got a make your own burger and kept it simple. I asked if the burgers are made separate from bread and if they could change gloves. I am not confident the message made it to the kitchen but you could easily walk around to the person receiving the food and ask them to tell the preparers to use caution.Overall, not the best burger but better than what I remember typical fast food being. I did not ask about their salad choices. After I ordered I asked about their fries and was told they don't do anything but fries in the fryer but I would have wanted to confirm with a manager or cook. Makes me nervous in a kitchen like theirs. I am celiac but not sure I would say it's celiac safe necessarily because of high risk.Here's hoping I (and you) don't get sick.
