Review of Smashburger

Told them my son has Celiac. They explained how they have a special area on the grill where they prepare GF burgers and buns. They now have a dedicated fryer for fries and tater tots as the breaded items are fried in a separate fryer. Udi’s bun on the burger was good. Great experience for my son to be able to go and have a burger and fries without stress. The guy at the register was very knowledgeable. Great experience overall. Still possible cross contamination issues but they are making big steps toward helping those with Celiac.
