Exceptional food and service. They clearly label what is inherently gluten free and what can be made gluten free. The owner (Nick) was very knowledgeable of Celiac. The fryer is dedicated - no gluten ever in it. They have a separate pan and space for gluten free prep.
The menu is seasonal. This October I enjoyed the kielbasa, which was delicious. I had a side of horseradish smetana that was creamy and tangy. The smoked cheddar hashbrown was superb.
Smetana will definitely be in my rotation - Good food and very kind people.
