The bread alone is worth the trip (and is made locally in Longmont), but the entire sandwich was really delicious.

Gf menu and tasty bread. I would go back

A tad expensive, but delicious and safe.

The gluten free bread is some of the best I've had. They only have one size so If you order a foot long you will get two sandwiches. I was stuffed after one.
I can't comment on how celiac friendly this place is, as I didn't ask about their specific protocol for gf orders. I think there's always an inherent risk dealing with sandwich shops since there is so much bread floating around.
Staff is so nice and knowledgable! I love being able to get a sandwich on a hoagie! The bread is so good!
I haven't had a sandwich in such a long time! I'm so glad I found this place! Personally I think $12 is a bit pricey for chips, a drink & a sandwich but it was certainly delicious. The gf hoagie roll is actual SOFT bread and it won't tear up the roof of your mouth like most gf breads I have come across. The sub is a good size, but not really big enough to make two meals out of. If it was then it would be worth the price.
I was so happy to be able to eat at a deli again. The hoagie was tasty but pretty pricey for a deli shop. The food was outstanding though and I will definitely be back.
GF vegan vegetable soup was really good, but quite pricey for the quantity (bowl). appeared to have several options. they are a GIG Chef to Plate participant, which was great to see.
Excellent selection. Very good gluten free hoagie. Most the sandwiches can be made gluten free and several of their soups are too. It was so nice to eat a decent sandwich again!
Good but very $$ for a deil
Great sandwiches and burgers. Celiac precautions were well known and my husband says the sandwich was one of the best he had. Daughter did not love the hotdog but the gluten free burger was perfect. Super nice staff and knowledgeable.
The staff was very knowledgeable. Most all sandwiches can be made with a gluten free Udis bun. There is no dedicated fryer. I ordered the cheeseburger with a bag of chips instead of fries.

Do not eat here- every time I have eaten here, I’ve gotten sick. They have a GF bread that tastes really good, but there must be cross contamination in the kitchen.
Their online menu sometimes lists the GF bread as an option for a pricey $3 upcharge.
Online menu and store menus do not list ingredients or GF options. Save yourself a lot of pain and eat somewhere else!

The staff was a bit short and messed up the toppings on every order but the sandwiches were amazing. Neither of us had any reaction and can’t wait to go back.
