Washes hands, changes gloves, uses a fresh ice cream scoop and says ‘gluten allergy’ when they give the ice cream to you

All of the ice creams are gluten free if they don’t contain obvious gluten items like cookies or Oreos. All their ice creams are made in house, and while they use the same equipment they clean it thoroughly in between to avoid any cross contamination. When you tell them you have an allergy they wash their hands, change their gloves, and use a brand new scoop. They call your order and say ‘gluten allergy’ so that you know it’s yours and safe!
