They have an extensive gluten free menu with everything that is gf marked, produced on demand at the restaurant. Only one of the barbecue sauces was gluten free but the seasonal may sometimes be. All of the meats, most of the sides, and several appetizers are gluten free. It looked like you could get the sandwiches without buns as well.
Everything was delicious and very well made. Cocktails were great. Their brisket was incredibly juicy and tender, their house sausage was lovely and well spiced, and the ribs were fall-off-the-bone tender.
