The fryers in this truck are gluten free and the fish n chips, fried chicken, and fries are all safe. The tacos are gluten free as well. The fried chicken is traditionally in a burger but they don’t have GF buns but the chef told me he’d happily just make me some fried chicken instead. The portions are generous and the location is so convenient- right next to the ferry terminal here on mayne island.
