Several items on the menu are labeled GF. Waiter was completely uneducated- when I asked if GF was on the menu, he replied "should be". When I asked if the chips and dip brought to the table were GF, he replied "should be". When I explained I needed to know for sure he asked their "cook" who said the potato chips were GF ( as if I didn't know) but they were fried with gluten items. At that point I didn't feel safe eating there and when I tried to explain the waiter said I was talking down to him.

We kept hearing rumors about this place and low and behold they were TRUE! I had to order Gluten Free of course, I had the chicken with Yukon Gold potato salad. It wasn't Oklahoma potato salad it was better. Baby potatoes with shallots, spinach and bacon. No, not regular bacon, the meatiest bacon chunks I've ever had. Mmmmmm. Lip smackin' good. Everything was fantastic and no reaction. For you gluteners, my husband ordered the Mac and cheese with brisket and fried onion strings. His words were 'this is the bomb-diggity'. We will definitely be returning and with friends.
