I was feeling so positive when I found New Belgium's Glutiny on the beer list. But it quickly went downhill. I wasn't looking for super strict GF and prepared to just make smart choices. We noticed a disclaimer at the bottom of the menu that they do not have a dedicated GF deep fryer and that some items may come in contact with gluten. These dishes are marked with "GS" for gluten-sensitive. Well....items that clearly have gluten, such as a burger or sandwich on bread, did not have any type of notification. But then EVERYTHING, even a salad that naturally would have gluten, bears the "GS" mark. So, basically, not GF friendly, but more CYA......

NOT Celiac friendly at all. The waiter said they had no gluten information and then told me I should know what has gluten in it. He was very rude. I would not suggest going there if you have Celiac!!
