The server did not seem very knowledgeable so I stressed multiple times I needed everything to be gluten free. When the food came out I again asked the server delivering the food(different person) if everything was gluten free and was told the bun on my plate was indeed not GF. I would not recommend taking a chance at this restaurant

Smoked wings were the best we have ever had. Fries are cross contaminated but they have good potato salad, slaw and beans that are gluten free. Brisket and ribs are also excellent

No question one of the best BBQ places I’ve been to! Everything is made from scratch! The sauce is GF!! Who wants to get smoked meat without the sauce! A perfect place to eat before a Vegas Show, as you don’t have to worry about waiting on your food, because their amazing meat has already been smoked for 48 hours! Super easy to get to with its own door right off the strip a hop skip and a jump from the main entrance of Caesars and The Forum Shops. I will be back!!!!
