Review of Smoked Creations

Asked for a gluten free menu. Was told they didn't have a dedicated menu but had a customer who has a bad gluten allergy that comes in all the time and doesn't have a problem with ribs, fries or a few sides. The fries are fried in the same oil as onion rings, etc so there is cross contamination, The rub on the ribs is the same on the brisket which I was told is safe. I tried the loaded baked potato with brisket, sharp cheddar and sour cream. Amazing!! A little drizzle of their regular sauce (gluten free) was so good. Service great! Lauren was our sever and she was super nice and helpful. Didn't get sick after eating. Would go back.
