Please note that Smokin' Hot is only available concession style on Thursdays @ Lost Cabin Beer Co. But they go above and beyond to keep their foods gluten free. With all their recipes free from gluten the only cross contamination factor is the gluten filled buns they have available, but they are kept in their own area. Plus they are peanut free too!!

Loved everything about this food truck! The staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. The food was absolutely amazing! Our family ordered the GF/Vegan Mac, GF Mac, Nachos, pulled pork and the Cuban sandwich on gluten free bread and everything was delicious. They labeled all of our to-go containers which was really helpful as well! Will definitely visit again if we pass through Rapid City!

Love love love this place! The owner is celiac so nearly everything is gluten free. I was even pleasantly surprised that the Mac and cheese was! The BBQ nachos are my go to, but don’t ever overlook the sides because they are always amazing. So happy this place exists.

Yum yum yum!! This place did not disappoint! Everything on their menu is GF, except their store bought buns which are kept away from the rest of the food. The owner was very friendly and her puppy was adorable. My daughter and I split the brisket, we also had Mac and cheese and cornbread. It was all great but that Mac and cheese was amazing! My husband and son had the pulled pork which they said was really good as well.

What a find. Fanflippingtabulous. The owners/staff are so nice and knowledgeable. Menu varies but is almost all gf. Pulled pork, briscuit, corn bread, lemon squares - soooo good!!

So yummy!! The owner has celiac and is very strict with her kitchen. She told me gluten is in one spot and all staff are trained! I had bbq nachos and smoked Mac and cheese. It was super affordable and i had leftovers. This is a traveling food truck, so add them on fb and you’ll see their posts about where they’ll be. They aren’t at lost cabin every Wednesday so check fb. Worth the wait!
