Knowledgeable about gf options, even asked if distilled vinegar was ok for me. However, the food was not very good. My brother and I love BBQ and were pretty disappointed in the meal. The baked beans were awful, they kind of tasted chemically. The coleslaw had a weird taste and my brothers non-gf Mac and cheese came out cold and flavorless. His ribs were seriously charred, which he didn't like but some others might like, and my pulled pork was super oily (oil/grease was covering the whole plate). They did give generous meat portions, but all in all it wasn't very good food. But it was gf and I didn't get sick, so that's something!
