I’ve been going to Rhinebeck annually for years and I can’t believe never knew about this place. All of the meats are gluten free, and many of the sides. The menu is not only marked for gf items, but with cross contamination in mind, it is also further marked for items that are specifically celiac safe. Even with this limitation, there were still more than enough choices and I did not feel deprived. The portions are huge - be prepared to share or take home. FWIW, they also offer a first responder/military discount.
