Loved this place! There were GF cones (separately wrapped) offered at several other gelato places in Varenna, Bellano, Bellagio but this place had the best tasting GF cones by far, and in a dedicated GF facility - even better! The gelato was delicious as well. They close early so check the hours!

What’s not to like! All GF, yummy gelato and inexpensive!

Went back a 2nd day and they had Oreo, It is NOT GF. That was quite disappointing that a dedicated GF gelato place would even serve that. Gelato was still great and would return.

So yummy and all gf! It was awesome getting to grab some gf gelato and go watch the sunset on the lake. Would totally recommend!

alles is glutenvrij. Zowel de hoorntjes als al het ijs. Het ijs is super lekker! Zit in een zijstraatje maar zeker de moeite waard. Dikke aanrader!

Walked into what I thought was a random gelato shop but turned out it was 100% gluten free!! All flavours and cones were GF and delicious!! A must visit!

This place is FANTASTIC!!! So many options for dairy free (we had matcha and vanilla) and the gelato is the best I’ve had since I’ve been in Italy. You HAVE to come here!! We will definitely be back tomorrow… and the next day…

Smooth Operators has the most delicious gelato! I got stracciattela and pistachio that were both delicious. My girlfriend got their cookie sandwich and it was also amazing. Everything in the shop is gluten free!

I stumbled across this little gelato store to find that it happened to be completely gluten free. ice cream cones are all gluten free, all gelato is gluten free and even their treats. Everything is gluten free. Safe to say I went back 3 times as my little coeliac heart lept with joy. Gelato is excellent. Tastes great and is authentic Italian gelato with the fruit still in the product. Would definitely recommend also all cones and a wide selection (about 8) vegan gelatos.
