Gluten free following -Smoothies, bowls, coffees,protien shakes, add ins and gluten free cookies from another retailer, yum. All of it. They will accommodate any allergy, super knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable with anything I have ordered here. Stop by get some healthy yummy and don't worry about your tummy! The owner personally took time to talk about how things could easily be swapped/ apadated.
