I purchased a dinner labeled “gluten free” and got incredibly sick. I called to let the manager know and they said that particular dinner should not have been labeled gluten free. It was a chicken taco. They told me that all of their tortillas have gluten in them. Be careful.

I didn’t get to try snack lab. After looking at reviews here I thought about doing a pickup for some meals on a game day weekend. That way I didn’t have to cook at our airbnb. I go online, select their “gluten-free” window, and scroll through what seem to be yummy options. Until I got to a wrap that had no allergen warning and listed the flour tortilla as an ingredient. I reached out to the company and they verified it was not GF and could not be made GF and said they would update it ASAP. It’s been a couple of weeks and it is still listed as a GF option for pick up. Obviously this does not reflect 100% what they do in store, but just a reminder this is more of a Health Food place than a GF for medical reasons place. I get sick very easily and it didn’t seem worth the risk at that point. Just a heads up!

Grab and go and ordering there are both great options. Feels very safe. The grocery area has also introduced me to some new gf favorites!

This place is a godsend. I was visiting family in Arkansas for Thanksgiving, and not only was I able to quickly pick up safe meals for me before the holiday, I was able to buy a gluten-free, dairy free, Thanksgiving meal for two. So my family didn’t have to worry about feeding me, and I didn’t have to worry about food safety.

I purchased one of their grab and go meals and it was clearly labeled gluten, dairy, soy, nut free. I had zero reaction and it was delicious. I have celiac with 17 additional food allergies so it was fantastic to eat out while traveling.

Aside from the grab-and-go meals, everything is gluten free. There was no gluten being handled when I was there, and the prep area was spotless.
The portion sizes were good, and included many fresh veggies. The food was a little bland for my taste.

Nice range of food, snack and drinks. I appreciate that you can sit down or carry out. Service is quick and pleasant. Prices are fair, locally owned too! These guys are one of the first in town to promote GF. Outdoor seating is available. Nice add is that they do offer prepackaged items to go,

Very friendly and very knowledgeable! They are trained well to deal with all allergies and I’m a tough case, celiac, dairy allergy, legume allergy and soy allergy. I didn’t get sick at all, the food was amazing and they had a huge pre-made case along with a big supply of kombuchas and they even sell our favorite cassava and almond flour tortillas so I don’t have to drive to Whole Foods!!!
