Very allergen aware. There are only 2 portions that have gluten; the rest is 100% GF. They are made in a facility that also has gluten containing ingredients, but I have not had any problems. Staff are very knowledgable, aware, and proud of their products not containing gluten and other allergens. Great food! Well done!
