TERRIBLE! According to the manager, they’re NOT AT ALL able to be GF!!!!! They didn’t change gloves like they’re supposed to, they used the same knife, & wrapped it right on top of the counter where everything else is prepared! AVOID this place!!! I had to leave with nothing to eat but potato salad!!

We stopped here when visiting Colorado and were not disappointed. The sandwiches were great with lots of flavor. I watched them make the gluten free sandwich and they took precautions at all steps.

I told them I was a celiac. They changed gloves before making the sandwich on a piece of foil and put sandwich thru toaster on the foil. While our order was toasting, he made other sandwiches. When mine came out of toaster, he put on fresh gloves. Obviously there is wheat flour in the air, but for me as long as my sandwich is treated as they did, I’ll be good. I’ll post more if I get a reaction.

I got a little bit of cross contamination even though they were happy to change their gloves. But it was delicious!

They said gf rolls were from a local bakery. They were amazing! I am gluten free (not celiac) and they didn’t change gloves and used a shared toaster.

Yummy bread. Easy online ordering and I’ve been able to specify in the notes I have celiac. We’ve eaten here several times without issue.

Lots of great GF options. I had a salad (super fresh) and they were very accommodating of all my questions and modifications. I also asked them to change gloves and they were happy to oblige. Happily, I had no reaction at all, which was a relief in a sandwich shop! Unfortunately, I cannot attest to the safety of the GF sandwich options. (I have blood sugar issues so don’t eat that many carbs.) But knowing that I have so many options for salads that are safe, taste good, and are reasonably priced, I’ll definitely be back.

I asked the gentleman at the counter about safely preparing gluten free. He told me they are very careful about cross contamination and the certain colored utensils are gluten free. He was nice and didn't make me feel rushed or ridiculous when asking nervous questions during a lunch rush 😅 I ordered an Italian Sammy with Avocado and it was the most delicious sandwhich I'd tasted since going gluten free. And I didn't get sick!

They do have allergy procedures, but they are only ok most of the time. Have been glutened once.

I watched an employee swap gloves to handle my sandwich only to let another employee pick it up and then drop part of my sandwich into the crumb tray of the oven.... Then the clean gloved employee PICK IT UP AND PUT IN ON MY SANDWICH!!!! LIKE ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!?! You have been trained to swap gloves you know its an issue or else why would you be trained to swap gloves?

All that aside they have zero separation obv. for gluten-free.... DO NOT RECOMMEND FOR ANYONE WITH CELAIC

everything is nicely labeled and worker was super friendly and helpful with gluten free celiac accommodations. got prime rib with all toppings and potato salad. GF Bread is a bit of an expensive up charge but worth it. Doesn’t fall apart at all.

OMG- delicious sandwich. It is so rare to be able to get a GF hoagie style sandwich. Most places make the sandwich on Udis bread. The sandwiches and salads were great.
