The restaurant itself is just fine, don't get me wrong. I don't mean to bash on a local small business, but trying to order food to accommodate having celiac disease was like a throwback to the nineties. The waitress was friendly and helpful but I had to give her a complete education on what gluten is and what contains gluten. I hope I don't end up sick later on today. Getting an omelet seemed like a safe bet, but they had to clean off the griddle before making it, and who knows how well it got cleaned off.
