Most items on their menu can be made gluten free, including the French toast and pancakes. I had French toast, eggs, a sausage, and two drinks, and everything was delicious, and came out with a little "gluten free" stick poking out of the French toast. The staff were kind and knowledgeable, and did not hesitate to check when they didn't have an answer off the top of their head. While the kitchen is not dedicated gluten free, I was told (without even having to ask) that for anyone who says they have a "gluten allergy" the chefs make sure to put on fresh gloves and clean up before preparing the food.
