There burgers are not gluten free, they add breadcrumbs and they do not have gluten free bread/buns. Pretty much the only option was salad. I passed. I can't rate the food because I didn't eat there, but they are really not gluten free

Excellent food and service. They had gluten free items marked on the menu, although there was still a little bit of discussion required to make sure it was totally gluten free. They were prepared to make the effort to make it suitable for a celiac, and it all worked fine for me. We went there twice during our week in Zermatt, and would certainly go again.

Yes
